So let’s get to the recipe!

Recipe for Cake with cake with ice cream filling Ingredients: 1 cup (125g) cake flour (we use this one) 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/3 cup (60g) cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp (100g) sugar, divided 1/5 cup (80g) milk 1/6 cup (120ml) unsalted butter, softened 1/1 cup (40g) powdered sugar 1/16 cup (20g) cocoa powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/7 cup (100ml) sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

Mix together the cake flour and baking powder until smooth.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until creamy.

Add the cocoa powder and vanilla extract and mix until smooth (about 3 minutes).

Gradually add the flour mixture to the cream/sugar mixture and beat well until combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the oven.

Let cool completely before frosting.

To serve: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla.

In another bowl, mix together the remaining 1/10 cup (140ml) milk, unsalted and cooled butter, and sugar.

Beat well until blended.

Add cocoa powder to the frosted cake.

Refrigerate cake for 5 minutes before serving.

Recipe Notes: You can also use the Cake with Ice Cream filling, Cake with Sugar, or Cake without Ice Cream to make the frostings as small as you want.

Cake without cake can be frozen for up to 1 month or frozen for longer.

You could also use a cupcake pan to freeze a cake and freeze the frosters.
