How to make a healthy dessert person

I like to think of myself as a dessert person.

The best desserts are ones that are not too sweet, not too salty, and not too heavy.

I love making a dessert because I enjoy eating my desserts and I enjoy sharing them with friends.

I love that my friends make them for me and I love seeing them on my plates and in my fridge.
